HOW
ARE APPOINTMENTS MADE?
An electronic directory is produced containing
a page editorial on each supplier company and Wellness Operator.
(NB: A hard copy of the directory is given to all delegates upon
arrival at the forum).
Using the information provided in the event directory,
each delegate is asked to select the companies they wish to meet
prior to the forum.
A personalised appointment schedule is then produced
for each company attending as illustrated on the page.
THE
FORMAT
All meetings will last 25 minutes. There will be
10 meetings slots during each of the two days.
MEETING
FACILITIES
Buyer delegates are allocated meeting points where
all appointments are held over two days.
THE
SOCIAL PROGRAMME
Following the business meetings, there will be
an organised programme of activities allowing delegates to network
in a more informal way.
Pelican Events will host a Welcome dinner on the
first night for all delegates, a cocktail night on the second night
and a Gala farewell dinner on the final evening.
