Now that China is an open market, many are excited
with it’s huge potential. However, most of the people who
wish to venture into the Chinese market are still very cautious
because of the market uncertainty.
Loni Wang has now been involved for 10 years in the Fitness and
Beauty industry in China. What she has come through will be a valuable
experience to share with everyone. Through her in-depth experience

What are the challenges and opportunities in such
a competitive environment, and how you prepare yourself to face
it?
Loni graduated from Tongji University with an MBA
degree, and was General Manager of Shenzhen Catic Workout World
from 1995 before then establishing New Life Resources (China) in
2002.
New Life Resources business is built on its franchise
and chain club management platform, providing fitness and wellness
related resources, products, services and franchise management expertise.
Loni has, together with the management team, created many No.1’s
in the fitness and health industry in China, and established herself
as a celebrated personality of the industry.
- In 1995, Loni introduced the concept “Culture
of Health” in China.
- In 1997, she represented China to attend the International
Fitness & Health Exhibition.
- In 1998, she founded the first female leisure club
in Shenzhen.
- In 1999, she initiated an electronic management
system “E-master IC Card” in China for club management.
In the same year, she introduced Les Mills International Body
Training System into China and has successfully put it into use
in over 30 clubs all over the country.
She also co-operated with the Federation of International
Sports, Aerobics & Fitness (FISAF) in 1999 to hold the first
FISAF international professional instructor training in China successfully.
In 2000, Loni oversaw the successful development of the China Health
Management (CHM) program that provides the Chinese with a more systemic,
scientific and effective approach in the aspect of nutrition and
sports to healthy living, - a number one in China.
Loni has broadened her horizon to the whole world.
She pays much attention to communication and has represented China
and her company at many summits, conventions and exhibitions: Being
the representative of China on these occasions, Loni has made an
indelible contribution to the development of China’s fitness
and wellness industry.
Being the youngest excellent sports entrepreneur in China, she has
been appointed Vice Chairman of the China Physical Club Committee,
Vice Chairman of GuangDong’s Physical Industry Association,
Director of the China Youth Entrepreneur Association and Director
of the Youth Entrepreneur Association of Guangdong Province.
She has also received numerous awards, including:
- Shenzhen Excellent Youth Businessperson, 2001
- Shenzhen Excellent Entrepreneur Award, 2000
- Shenzhen Excellent Model for Women Award, 1999
